Rowing Machine

tadi masa akak tengah workout dalam gym
one of abang sado borak2 la sama akak kann
cerita2 pastu dia kata, one of good machine is Rowing Machine katanya
wowwwww!!  nampak senang nak guna kan menda tu

dia kata, its a total body workout
meh kita tengok benefits nya:

so lepas nih, akak akan tambah laaaa
selain cycle, akak buat la rowing jugak kejap
let say masa lepas lunch tu kan, akak cycle 30 menet
pastu rowing 15 menet ke kannnnn

belah petang pun gitu
wahhhhh bersinar kembali mata akak
kik3   :)
