Protein sources for vegetarian

Protein on vegetarian diet is not hard to achieve if you take in variety of food item.
Firstly, choose your carbohydrate wisely.

There is a lot of carbohydrate food sources are rich in protein as well.
This includes quinoa, chickpeas, black beans, lentils

Make sure to get at least 3 serving of vegetables in a day.
Vegetables like spinach, broccoli, water cress, asparagus has high content of protein.

Also, add in chiaseed in your daily food. You can serve chiaseed pudding as snacks/breakfast, or just put 1tbsp to drinking water for 1L (please stir to avoid clumping)

**When choosing carbohydrate, please choose those higher in protein.
