gini 6 tips nya

  1. Put your phone on silent mode and place it at the other end of the room.  akak biasa wat ni, bila nak study je akak put on silent mode.  kena put in another room ye, bagus gak ni..    phone memang distract sangat2..    kik3
  2. Turn off your Internet access.  haaa ni susah sket nak wat ni..   takpe boleh cuba nanti, kalau kat rumah, kat opis nak kena on sentiasa..  ada E4 kang naya tak nampak kannnn
  3. Take a deep breath when you’re about to get distracted.  sentiasa kena tarik napas dalam2 nihhhhhhh, kena kuat tabah dan gigih..   
  4. Ask people to give you privacy.  yang ni kalau kat opis, akak pakai headphone, konon2 tengah dengar music, jadi takde sapo tegur akak laaaa..  pastu tak pandang keliling pandang buku ajo.
  5. Get eight hours of sleep every night.   sleep memang akak jaga, kul 9 malam je udah ajak semua naik bilik n baring2 dulu, borak2 dulu.  biasa nya encik afzan yg bedengkor dulu, eh sapo yg need 8 hours of sleep ni ek?  kik3..
  6. Use a tool like Asana.com to help you prioritize your tasks.   priority ni akak ok jugak kot, idak la teruk sangat nak prioritize nih, boleh laaaa bolehhhh..
